The bachelor´s thesis deals with the matters of labour law relations at the selected employer. The theoretical part explains concepts related to labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting perspectives. Based on the analysis of the the current situation of the contractor in the field of labour law relations, possible solutions to his problem are suggested, which is lack of employees in connection with the retirement of the employees.

It focuses on the optimization of wage and personnel costs incurred by employer in connection with the creation and duration of a new employment relationship. It also deals with solving the problem of insufficient number of employees. On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize wage costs and the number of employees will be proposed to the employer.

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the issues of labour-law relations, above all their establishment. The aim of the paper is to propose a solution to the problem concerning lack of applicants for the work positions offered, or rather optimization of the number of employees working for an employer in relation to the optimization of labour costs. Based on the results of a conducted analysis and survey, the employer is recommended taking measures which would optimize the number of employees as well as the labour costs.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on an employment relationships in terms of wage costs optimization. It describes basic terms of employment relationships, its forms and requisites. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with theoretical concepts from legal, economic and tax point of view. The second part of the bachelor thesis analyzes an employment relationships of the employers establishment, on the basis of which measures are proposed to optimize wage costs.
